Service Description
What’s Included: Base Package: $180 ($90/hr) Perfect for small to mid-sized events, intimate gatherings, or brand activations. Includes: Up to 2 hours of on-site event coverage 50–75 edited photos A mix of candids, posed shots, detail shots, and attendee interactions Online gallery with downloadable high-resolution images Retouching + full color correction 3–5 business day turnaround Pre-event consultation to create your custom shot list & event priorities EXTENDED EVENT COVERAGE OPTIONS: Great for larger events, multi-segment programs, or more in-depth storytelling needs. 3-Hour Event Coverage: $300 Includes up to 90edited photos and a personalized event shot list. Half-Day Coverage (Up to 5 hours) — $450 Includes 150 edited photos, priority editing, 15–20 BTS clips, and full event storytelling. ADD-ON OPTIONS (Customize your coverage based on your needs): Additional hour: $50 Rush delivery (48 hours): +$50 BTS clips (short iPhone clips for reels/stories): +$35 IDEAL FOR: Brand events + activations Wellness workshops Creator or influencer events Brunches + intimate celebrations Networking events Nonprofit programs Product launches Panels, talks, + community gatherings DELIVERY TIMELINE: Your gallery will be delivered within 3–5 business days. Rush turnaround is available upon request. HOW BOOKING WORKS: Submit your booking inquiry A contract + invoice will be sent A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date Remaining balance due the day of your event We'll hop on a quick call (or email) to finalize your shot list + event flow NOTES: Light retouching is included (color, brightness, blemishes) No heavy Photoshop or body modification All final images provided in high-res and web-ready formats Photos may be used in my portfolio unless requested otherwise
Cancellation Policy
Usage & Portfolio • Client receives personal use rights to the final images • Photographer retains copyright of all images • Client grants permission for images to be used in photographer’s portfolio, website, and social media for promotional purposes Cancellations & Rescheduling • Deposits are non-refundable • Sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours’ notice • No-shows forfeit deposit Agreement By booking, you acknowledge that you understand this is a session for the photographer’s growth and portfolio building. I agree to the terms outlined above.
