I'm Carline Joseph. A brand positioning strategist and founder of CNJ Creative, a boutique studio dedicated to helping lifestyle, fashion, and hospitality brands compete at their highest value.
My path into brand strategy wasn't linear and that's exactly what makes my approach different. I grew up in Maryland with a deep love for fashion and communication, and pursued that passion through a Bachelor's in Communications with a specialization in Public Relations from Bowie State University. From there, I moved to Atlanta and earned a Master of Arts in Luxury and Brand Management from the Savannah College of Art and Design developing a lens for brand equity, premium positioning, and the psychology of perceived value that now sits at the center of everything I build.
Over the last seven years, I've worked across some of the most relationship-driven industries there are; hospitality, healthcare, fashion, media, and community organizations. What I found, again and again, was the same problem: brands with real value that couldn't communicate it clearly. Businesses blending into the market instead of owning a corner of it.
CNJ Creative is my answer to that problem.
I founded this studio to do one thing with excellence: close the gap between the brand you have and the brand you're capable of being. Through strategic positioning, refined messaging, and intentional visual direction, I help brands become impossible to overlook.
