Cancellation Policy
Usage & Portfolio Client receives rights to use delivered assets (copy, graphics, strategy documents, or other materials) for their business purposes. CNJ Creative retains copyright to all original work unless otherwise stated in writing. Client grants permission for completed work to be showcased in CNJ Creative’s portfolio, website, pitch decks, and social media for promotional purposes. Revisions & Approvals Each project revisions and approvals will be demonstrated in the client proposal & Statement of Work (SOW). Final approval from the client indicates acceptance of all deliverables as-is. Cancellations & Rescheduling Deposits are non-refundable. Strategy calls or working sessions may be rescheduled with 48 hours' notice. Missed or no-show sessions may require rescheduling. Timelines & Communication Timelines are based on prompt client communication and submission of requested materials. Delays in providing information, approvals, or feedback may extend the project timeline. Agreement By booking, you acknowledge that this is a collaborative service and agree to the terms above. CNJ Creative will provide strategy, creative direction, and deliverables as outlined in the project scope.
